  • NOTE: To insure larger fields, better racing and a sustainable event...the threshold to have a category compete without combining fields is 20 racers.  If a category is listed to race alone and does not reach the 20-rider minimum...the category will be combined with the most compatible field.

Entry Fees:

  • Men & Women 1, 2, 3 – $70 thru 2/22, $80 from 2/23 - 3/25 , $90 until race day.
  • Men 3 & 4, Women 3/4, All Masters - $70 thru 2/22, $80 from 2/23 - 3/25 , $90 until race day
  • Men Cat 5 & Women Cat 4/5 – $55 thru 2/22, $65 from 2/23 - 3/25 , $75 until race day
  • Juniors 15 - 18 – $45 thru 2/22, $55 from 2/23 - 3/25 , $65 until race day
  • Juniors 14 & Under – $35 thru 2/22, $45 from 2/23 - 3/25 , $55 until race day.
  • On-Line registration closes at 5 pm on 3/28.  Register on-site the day of the event 6:30 a.m. until 1 hour prior to your race start. 

Please Note: there will be a $10 fee to register the day of the race.



Race and License Info

Race-day registration and packet pickup is from 6:30am until 1 hour before category race start…no exceptions. Entry fees include a $5.99 per day USA Cycling insurance surcharge. Valid and current USA Cycling license must be presented at registration or one-day USA Cycling license purchased.

  • A membership is required before purchasing any license add-ons.
  • A base membership is $20* with auto-renewal or $40 with manual renewal. Then add-on your race license.
    • Junior race license add-on is $0
    • U23 race license add-on is $25
    • Adult Domestic race license add-on is $75*
    • *The race license add-on is $0 for first time race licenses
  • One Day Licenses - Beginner categories are $15 and former category racers (Cat 4 and higher) is $35.

*Men Cat 5 fields are limited to 60 riders. If more than 60 Cat 5 Men register, then two groups will be established and separated by age. Typical divisions are divided into 39 and under; 40+.

Active Chip Timing:
Race scoring requires the use of a RACE RESULT active timing transponder. If you do not own one you must rent a unit for $10 OR you can purchase ($75, five-year warranty) a chip with race registration and it will be available for pickup at the race.

PLEASE NOTE: Junior gearing is no longer required for road racing…only track racing.

Event Cancellation / Refund / Weather Policy:

If Natural Disaster, Extreme Weather or Community Disaster occurs, our action steps are as follows:

  • Race organizers in coordination with both local emergency personnel and race officials will make decisions based on safety first.
  • Courses and/or race segments may be altered as agreed to between race organizers and officials
  • Financial: It is not financially feasible for race organizers to accept the risk of a disaster for everyone. Each registered participant needs to accept the risk of his or her entry fee. There will be NO REFUNDS or free entries to future races.
  • Race organizers do not save any money if our event has to be canceled for reasons beyond our control. All supplies and services needed for the events are purchased and/or arranged in advance. All event supplies and services associated with that event must be paid for, regardless of the outcome.

Rules and Regulations:

  • All 2026 USAC rules are in effect.
  • Events will be held rain or shine.
  • Helmets must be worn at all times while on the bike.
  • Valid and current USAC license must be presented at registration or a one-day or annual license purchased.
  • Promoter reserves the right to adjust start times and mileage.
  • Promoter reserves the right to cancel/combine events and prize lists as necessary.
